Anne Kane Psychotherapy
People come to psychotherapy for many reasons. For all of us there are times when life becomes too difficult. Psychotherapy offers a space to talk and think about what is going on. It is a space to understand and make sense of your experience. I am a qualified psychoanalytic psychotherapist, working in private practice and with experience of working in the NHS. I work in Archway north London (N19), and in Hackney, north east London (N16). Find out more
My professional training was with the Association for Group and Individual Psychotherapy (AGIP). I am a professional member of AGIP and registered with the umbrella registrant body UK Council for Psychotherapy. I also studied at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust and have worked in the NHS as well as private practice.
You may have experienced a particular crisis that has left you struggling with powerful feelings. You may be aware of damaging or upsetting patterns of thought or behaviour. High levels of anxiety, self-doubt or problems with relationships are among many other reasons people seek psychotherapy. Whatever your reason for considering psychotherapy, I offer a professional and confidential setting to help you reflect on and understand your experience. This can provide relief from your symptoms.
