Anne Kane Psychotherapy

Psychoanalytic psychotherapy offers a space to talk and to think about your experience: to try to make sense of what is going on for you. I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, working in private practice, in Archway north London (N19), and in Hackney, north east London (N16/N4).

Why Psychotherapy

There are many reasons why people seek psychotherapy. You may have experienced a specific crisis that has left you struggling with powerful feelings. Perhaps you are concerned about patterns of thought or behaviour that are painful to you but which you can't easily change. High levels of anxiety, self-doubt or problems with relationships are among the many other reasons people seek psychotherapy. Whatever your particular situation, I offer a professional and confidential setting to help you reflect on and try to understand the basis of your experience. This can be a gateway to change.
