What’s next?
If you are interested in psychotherapy please get in touch by email or telephone to arrange an initial appointment to discuss. Sessions may be online or face to face.
If you email me or leave a voice message I will normally be able to respond to you within 24 hours. During holiday periods this is likely to take longer.
If I can offer you a time to meet this would be for an initial consultation. Meeting together will provide an opportunity for you to get further information and to think and talk more about what you want. The initial meeting will allow you to decide if you want to work with me and for me to determine if my way of working might be useful to you. Sometimes more than one consultation meeting is helpful. If I think you would benefit from something else I would suggest that. For your part, you are under no obligation to go ahead after an initial appointment.
If we agree that psychotherapy might be useful we will arrange a regular time to meet. The frequency, timings of sessions, and fees, would be discussed and agreed at this point. As a general guide, my hourly fee is £70. Sessions usually range from once to three times weekly and last for 50 minutes.
Access: for in-person sessions, access to my premises includes two steps at the outer building and level access in the building and in the premises.
